Thanks to the right guidance and support, I was able to recognize and embrace my unique strengths and align them with a new path that felt right — a path that truly lit me up. I made a big change, moved to Los Angeles, and never looked back!

Diana Bernal

Diana Bernal is a Accountability Coach, Speaker, and Career Strategist who captivates audiences with her dynamic ability to inspire, educate, and motivate. She provides actionable insights through public speaking, workshops, coaching, and the career advice podcast Corner Office Latinas.

Diana started her career in training and recruiting for an international financial services firm working in Chicago, NY, and LA. She’s also been a successful business leader transforming programs at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and NPR’s LA flagship 89.3 FM.

Now, as an entrepreneur, she coaches people to find job fulfillment, make a career change, and find the success they deserve. She also trains groups and corporate teams on career success.

Diana received her M.S. In Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and B.S. in Management from DePaul University. She trained at the Center for Creative Leadership, in addition to Covey Leadership, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and more. Originally from Chicago and Puerto Rico she is based in Los Angeles, California and serves clients across the U.S.
